How to sign up for MetroNets for your unit

Step 1: Sign up.

You can sign up in one of two ways:

Online: You can apply for your MetroNets online.

By phone: You can also call MetroNets at 703-698-0348 and apply. We will gladly take your information over the phone.

Step 2: Arrange for delivery of your power modem.

Exact arrangements will vary by the condo or apartment complex involved, so check with us or your management. Remember, though: if your building does not already have MetroNets service, it's best to go to the condo association first.

Step 3: Follow the easy installation steps on our support page.

Call us at 703-698-348 if you run into problems. We'll walk you through the steps if need be on the phone. Most people can install their own power modems, but if you need help, for a small fee we'll even send someone out to help (although this normally isn't necessary).

Step 4: Enjoy your high-speed service!

With your new high-speed line you will be cruising the Internet many times faster than you could with dialup: surfing the Web, reading email and exploring life online.
